Important Notice & Disclaimer: Wingo AI Analyzer is strictly an educational pattern simulation and statistical learning tool. The App does not offer real-money gambling, accept wagers, guarantee financial gain, or act as a gambling broker. Analysis results are mathematical simulations and do not constitute financial or betting advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Wingo AI Analyzer mobile application or the website at wingoaianalyzer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately and uninstall the application.

2. Purpose of the Application

Wingo AI Analyzer provides statistical and algorithmic pattern simulation for sequence digits. All analytical models, confidence indexes, and pattern insights are provided solely for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes.

The App does not connect to any casino or gambling API to place bets.
The App cannot guarantee future random outcomes or winning streaks.
Users are entirely responsible for their own decisions and use of statistical outputs.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this application.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features of Wingo AI Analyzer are accessible via paid plans (including Lifetime Unlock and subscription tiers).

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed securely through Google Play Billing.
Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by Google Play’s official terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store app under Payments & Subscriptions.

5. User Accounts and Fair Use

You may register an account using Firebase Authentication (Email/Password or Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for automated scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of free analysis quotas.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time directly inside the App by visiting Profile → Delete Account, or by visiting our Account Deletion Page.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wingo AI Analyzer and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or reliance on pattern analysis outputs.
